Training : creating structured on boarding programs
Accountability : gain the skills to hold direct yet constructive conversations
Coaching : learning how to support mentor and guide employees through one on one coaching feedback driven development

We have been free for years. But we have decided to charge a fee. It is a donation towards Productive Lives' new college gap year program called Converge that will start in the Fall of 2026. This will be for new and emerging leaders. All proceeds will help with scholarships for students entering this program. Learn more about Converge.
